I had a wonderful experience here. It's like a glasses boutique. The staff were knowledgeable and professional, which led to me experiencing a quick and easy eye examine; and the front desks clerk even helped me find a perfect pair of glasses.

I had an emergency situation and this was the only place where I was able to get an appointment on the same day. The staff was very friendly and doctor Hur was amazing. I was in and out in a short period of time. This was my first time visiting this place and I loved it. Convenient location.

The service is always great. The doctors are always professional, thorough, and caring. The ladies at the front desk are also very helpful and friendly. The only comment/suggestion I have is that the office has a very strong plug-in smell. I felt like I could barely breath and coming out dizzy. Those are not healthy to be breathing in all day for the staff. A more natural smell or a less strong smell will be better.

I called to schedule an appointment while driving, and it was booked within five minutes. When I arrived, all my information was ready and in my file. This was my first visit to your office, and I was very impressed with the staff and the environment. The doctor was honest, knowledgeable, and straightforward. Unlike other clinics where I’m often pressured to buy unnecessary packages or treatments, he focused on my actual problem and recommended practical habits to prevent future issues. Dr Pham was very patient in explaining and showing me what I needed to know about my vision and eye health care. My appointment started badly because of an insurance hiccup but it was straightened out easily. They had somehow gotten my birthday wrong in their records. Once the exam started, I was confident that the staff knew their jobs thoroughly. Thanks to Dr Pham and her team.

Brandie and Dr Hur were amazing. I don't remember the first girl that helped me was she did the initial assessment she was so kind and explained everything in detail for me. Dr Hur was fantastic and explained everything also and was so patient and kind. Brandie helped me get the stuff I needed and pointed out things I didn't think of to get and made sure I had the proper materials did excellent in explaining what I needed and why and made the process so smooth. She even took me outside and showed me the differences between the colors in sunglasses which I didn't even think of and that made a huge difference in choice when it came time especially since the color I chose I found to be not what I actually wanted so showing me was better than just telling me so that was awesome that she took the time to go that extra mile. All of the staff there was very nice and welcoming but these 3 showed more above and beyond

The optician Deborah Stojka was very helpful, patient and personable throughout my appt. Was very understanding and knowledgeable about what I was asking for regarding my current eye ware need. She was careful to make sure I got the best price in accordance with my insurance plan. I have always had a good experience whenever I have visited this particular vision center.
