This was my first time visiting and Bakersfield Eye Care made it such a positive experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The doctor was patient, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves as a first-time patient. I never felt rushed, and the entire visit was smooth and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Bakersfield Eye Care to anyone, especially if it’s your first eye exam.

This was my first time in getting an in depth eye exam and needing glasses. Bakersfield Eye Care made it really fast and easy! I made an appointment, checked in, had my exam, and ordered glasses all in less than 1 hour. They were awesome to deal with and made the process very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them. Scheduling over the phone took longer than expected with Yesenia, and when I arrived the front desk seemed preoccupied and didn’t look up right away. Someone from the back came out and greeted me, which I really appreciated. I found a pair of glasses I love, and the doctor was awesome helpful, patient, and friendly. The manager, who usually helps me, walked in shortly after I arrived and, as always, was fantastic. Because of the great service from the other staff and the manager, I’m happy to give Bakersfield Eye Care a five star review.
