Just a quick note to say thanks. Yesterday, something got in my eye and started hurting, didn't think much of it and after 8hs of excruciating pain I called to The Eye Care center on Ming and Mariah gave me an appt immediately. Dr Pham helped removed a piece of plastic that was stuck in my eyelid and scratched all my retina/cornea(?). As I was leaving the place, I thought about how lucky we are to have a place like this in Bakersfield. Staff is nice, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks for all you do! 🙂

Everything went absolutely AMAZING, I received some great information about my eyes and about my glasses themselves from my doctor that I had never received before which was EXTREMELY helpful when ordering my new glasses. The staff was excellent, very welcoming and just over all amazing to work with. Check in was extremely easy and the wait time was probably less than 5 minutes till I was called back. I also want to throw out an extra special thank you to Deborah who went above and beyond helping me choose frames and helping me understand everything about my insurance and what it would cover down to the dollar and having the upmost amount of patience while I tried on several different frames and just being over all amazing!!! This was 100/10 the best eye appointment I've ever had!!

I had a wonderful experience here. It's like a glasses boutique. The staff were knowledgeable and professional, which led to me experiencing a quick and easy eye examine; and the front desks clerk even helped me find a perfect pair of glasses.

I had an emergency situation and this was the only place where I was able to get an appointment on the same day. The staff was very friendly and doctor Hur was amazing. I was in and out in a short period of time. This was my first time visiting this place and I loved it. Convenient location.

The ladies at the front desk and in the showroom were incredibly helpful and professional. The eye doctor was fantastic and so knowledgeable, all while having great patient care skills. The selection of glasses had a wide variety of styles and making the appointment was really easy and straightforward. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get an eye exam.

The service is always great. The doctors are always professional, thorough, and caring. The ladies at the front desk are also very helpful and friendly. The only comment/suggestion I have is that the office has a very strong plug-in smell. I felt like I could barely breath and coming out dizzy. Those are not healthy to be breathing in all day for the staff. A more natural smell or a less strong smell will be better.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience. I was already dealing with a serious eye issue when I accidentally got my contact lens stuck in my eye, something embarrassing after wearing contacts for 20 years. I called to schedule an appointment while driving, and it was booked within five minutes. When I arrived, all my information was ready and in my file. This was my first visit to your office, and I was very impressed with the staff and the environment. The doctor was honest, knowledgeable, and straightforward. Unlike other clinics where I’m often pressured to buy unnecessary packages or treatments, he focused on my actual problem and recommended practical habits to prevent future issues. I am confident that I will be scheduling all my future eye care visits with you. You have a loyal, satisfied client. Thank you very much!

Dr Pham was very patient in explaining and showing me what I needed to know about my vision and eye health care. My appointment started badly because of an insurance hiccup but it was straightened out easily. They had somehow gotten my birthday wrong in their records. Once the exam started, I was confident that the staff knew their jobs thoroughly. Thanks to Dr Pham and her team.
